2026 Elections

Treasurer’s Report 

• Landings insurance is increasing
  • Will be discussing the need/want to look into other options at the March meeting.
  • Kim will be looking into current and new insurance options.

Committee Updates

Landing:

• Watab Landing
  • Out house roof requires replacement.
    • Will be looking to get quotes for a higher-quality material for possible replacement this spring.
• Kraemer Landing
  • Outhouse doors paint is chipping and could use a good cleaning and fresh paint.
    • Possibility of this being a Scout service project

Gun Raffle:

• Tickets still available online and will be available at the annual meeting April 20th.

  • If you are interested in a receiving a 2nd car decal, please include an additional $15.00 payment for the decal
• Gun Safety Courses are now on the website, and tickets can be purchased online (see below)

Gun Safety Courses:

• 4 Classes (20 Students per class)
  • 05/16 @ 8:00 AM (Tickets can be purchased online: https://stjoerodandgunclub.org/event/hunter-safety-field-day-may/)
  • 06/20 @ 8:00 AM
  • 08/15 @ 8:00 AM
  • 10/10 @ 8:00 AM
• Spaces will be available on the website for members two months before a class. If spots are still available, we will open the remaining spots to the DNR website.

New Business

• Sartell Trap Team’s donation of $1000 was approved.
• Apollow Trap Team has reached out for a donation. We are hoping to have them come speak at the May Monthly meeting.

Annual Meeting

• Monday, April 20 @ 6:00 PM
  • A light meal will be provided prior to the meeting
  • Gun Raffle Tickets will be available
  • Membership cards and decals will be available for pick up.

Parades

• St. Joseph 4th of July Parade participation was approved.
• We are thinking of trying to participate in more parades with enough volunteers. Please Contact Us if you would be interested in walking.
