Special Recognition

Andy Berger – New head coach for Sartell Trap Team

• Came to the group to thank us for past support and is wondering if the club would be interested in making a donation for the 2026 season.

Secretary’s Report

• Scouts: Club did sponsor 2 kids
• Confirmed birdhouse build date and times (3/17 @ 4:00 – 6:30)
  • Reimbursement for supplies [Approved]

Treasurer’s Report 

• Landings insurance is increasing
  • Will be discussing the need/want to look into other options at the March meeting.

Committee Updates

Landing:

• Watab Landing
  • Out house roof in need of replacing. This will be looked into in the Spring.

Gun Raffle:

• Tickets still available.
• Online sales will end March 17th.

Ice Fishing Contest:

• Date: February 21

Website:

• Upgraded to an online tracking system for incoming memberships for March & April. [Approved]

Gun Safety Courses:

• 4 Classes (20 Students per class)
  • 05/16 @ 8:00 AM
  • 06/20 @ 8:00 AM
  • 08/15 @ 8:00 AM
  • 10/10 @ 8:00 AM
• Spaces will be available on the website for members two months before a class. If spots are still available, we will open the remaining spots to the public.
