Secretary’s Report

• $1,000 budget approved for Birdhouse Build. [Motion: Approved]
• Magnifi Financial CD —future use undecided. [Motion: Approved]
• Full flower basket for City of St. Joe [Motion: Approved]

Treasurer’s Report

• Newsleader bill: Paid
• Magnifi CD: Letting it ride for future use
• Flower basket: Paid
• MN DNR Ice Fishing Contest: Paid
• Aug. 2025 Check winner: Check expired
• PayPal account to be discontinued once transfers work properly

Committee Updates

Landing:

• Docks pulled last week of October
• Kraemer new pier installation & removal of old pier (Discussion)
  • New pier: longer and wider
  • Donations section to be added to the website
  • Donation committee formed: Kevin (Chair), Josh, Scott
  • Plan to present to the group by January

Gun Raffle:

• Tickets ready: 5 guns and gift cards
• 350 tickets total
  • Tickets will be available in print on the website

Ice Fishing Contest:

• Date: February 21 (pending weather)
• MN DNR application filed; fee & prize rules pending
• Limit: 100 participants ($20/ticket)

Website:

• Launched October 30, 2025

New Business

Sartell Sabers Archery Club Sponsorship:

• Coaches and Team members came and spoke to the club and to show appreciation for past support; looking for 2026 sponsorship
• Donations help with equipment, travel, jerseys, and signage
